ACC claims
You can visit Sports & Spinal with an existing ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) claim or referral, or you can fill out a form at the clinic to make a claim. Ask our friendly team if your injury can be covered by ACC.
Card holders
School/Tertiary Students, Community Services Card holders, Gold Card holders and Sports & Spinal VIP's qualify for our Card holder rate. Please bring your relevant ID card.
Private Patients
Patients who have pain/injury that has not been caused by an accident, and is unable to be partially funded by ACC.
Payment
Cash, credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted. Payment must be made at the completion of every session. *Fees are subject to change.
