Passionate about providing holistic care, Abby strives to consider the physical, mental, emotional and lifestyle factors that influence a patient's rehabilitation journey. Abby has graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science Physiotherapy and became a Certified BradCliff Breathing Practitioner for dysfunctional breathing/breathing pattern disorders soon after. She uses a combination of tailored exercise prescription, hands-on therapy and breath re-training as the cornerstone of her treatment approach to support patients in regaining and optimising their body movement, breathing pattern, and overall health, well-being and performance. Outside of the clinic you can find Abby weight training, café hopping and exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys wakeboarding, running and mindfulness meditation. She is known for her vibrant smile and thirst for life.
