Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessment
Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy is a supplier of the ACC Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessment contract. Our clinicians assess how an ACC related injury is affecting a person’s ability to manage everyday life, participate in their home and community, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. The assessment identifies the person’s strengths, needs and appropriate supports to help them move towards greater independence.
