Senior Physiotherapist
Clinical interest in post-operative rehabilitation, pain management, clinical Pilates and osteoarthritis management.

After graduating from AUT, Lana spent 15 years in Melbourne, where she loved the challenge of working as a senior clinician and leading the inpatient physiotherapy stream at a private rehabilitation hospital. She has a particular passion for aquatic physiotherapy, completing the APA Level 3 course and co‑managing her own aquatic rehabilitation business. She also has strong clinical interests in post‑operative rehabilitation, pain management, and clinical Pilates.

Lana places patient‑centred care at the core of her practice. She partners closely with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and supporting them toward the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Lana enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and being a mum to two young children.

Qualifications: BHSc (Physiotherapy), currently working towards Post Graduate Diploma in Health Science at AUT
